Our Chinese Yunnan Black has a rich, deep flavour with caramel and spice notes. Its nutty, sweet taste makes it perfect accompaniment to breakfast or as a mid morning pick me up.
PREPARATION
Place 3g (1tsp) of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Pour on fresh, boiled water and brew for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste. The same leaves can be re-used for up to 3 infusions.
