Chinese Sencha Green Tea

Our Chinese Sencha has a deliciously light, nutty, green flavour with a bright liquor.
Produced in one of the principal tea areas of Eastern China, the Anhui Province, on the stunning Huangshan Mountain (Yellow Mountain). Known also for its beautiful sunrises!
PREPARATION
Place 3g (1tsp) of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Using boiling water to steep green tea can damage the leaves, so instead use water that is around 80°c (boiling water that has been allowed to cool for 2 minutes). Brew for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste. The same leaves can be re-used for up to 3 infusions.
