Chinese Pi Lo Chun Green Tea

Pi Lo Chun is renowned for its delicate appearance, fruity taste, floral aroma, showy white hairs and early cropping.
It is one of China's most celebrated teas, in fact, Zhen Jun (1857 to 1918 A.D.), author of the tea encyclopedia 'Cha Shuo', ranked it first among all the Chinese green teas for its truly exceptional taste.

PREPARATION
Place 3g (1tsp) of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Using boiling water to steep green tea can damage the leaves, so instead use water that is around 80°c (boiling water that has been allowed to cool for 2 minutes). Brew for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste. The same leaves can be re-used for up to 3 infusions.
