Wild Strawberry and Hibiscus Green Tea Blend

A blend of our delicious Sencha Green Tea with the taste of hand picked, sun ripened strawberries. This sweet and creamy brew includes rose hip, hibiscus blossom and a kick of juicy kiwi. As decadent as a bowl of strawberries and cream, but without the calories!
Enjoy iced as a healthy alternative to shop bought cordials.
PREPARATION
To enjoy this tea at it's best put one teaspoon of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Pour on fresh, boiled water that has been allowed to cool for 2 mins and brew for 3 mins.
Iced Summer Strawberry Tea Recipe
Brew your tea at double the normal strength. You achieve this by using a higher leaf to water ratio, not by brewing for longer as this can give you a bitter taste. We recommend 2tsp of tea per person. Sugar can be added if you prefer a sweeter tea, this should be dissolved in with the brewing tea. As soon as the tea is brewed, pour immediately into a glass filled with ice (the instant cooling helps the tea retain its flavour).
Garnish with slices of fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint.
