Our fine black Indian tea is harvested from the first flush mid-March.
Considered to be the finest tea in the world, this Darjeeling has a light floral aroma and a well-balanced flavour due to the large number of young buds present.
PREPARATION
Place 3g (1tsp) of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Pour on fresh, boiled water and brew for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste. The same leaves can be re-used for up to 3 infusions.
