Tie Guan Yin - Choice Oolong Tea

Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) is a Chinese Oolong.
It's silky smooth texture and refreshing floral taste gives a satisfying aftertaste of orchids – a great choice for Oolong lovers.
PREPARATION
Place 3g (1tsp) of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Using boiling water to steep oolong tea can damage the leaves, so instead use water that is around 90°c (boiling water that has been allowed to cool for 1 minute). Brew for 2 - 4 minutes according to taste. The same leaves can be re-used for up to 3 infusions.
