The attractive, tippy leaves yield a flavourful brew; the dry leaves have a hint of spice, a medium bodied top quality organic Assam from the small estate of Tonganagaon, part of the Tinsukia district located in the North east of India.
PREPARATION
Place 3g (1tsp) of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Pour on fresh, boiled water and brew for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste. The same leaves can be re-used for up to 3 infusions.
