Yunnan meaning ‘south of the clouds’ is said to be the birthplace of tea.
Enhanced with gold tipped leaves, this Chinese black tea has an abundance of sweetness with its sugary, floral flavour.
Coupled with a rich aftertaste of dried fruits, it’s a perfect tea to drink with breakfast or as an afternoon indulgence.
PREPARATION
Place 3g (1tsp) of tea per person in a pot or cup infuser. Pour on fresh, boiled water and brew for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste. The same leaves can be re-used for up to 3 infusions.
